(AGES 3.5-RISING K)
Working in a multi-sensory and multi-disciplinary way, children make connections to stories and build a theatre vocabulary through music, dance, visual art, and dramatic play. Camps are structured to provide children with exposure to a variety of activities, themes, and cultures.
As students explore the worlds of acting and musical theatre, they grow from the world of play to applying more advanced, specialized training. All classes, regardless of age, foster personal growth, teamwork, and creativity.
The Summer Production experience with Imagination Stage is not just about putting up a show, but also about immersing campers in performance technique and theatre appreciation.
Summer is the perfect time for emerging dancers to learn new techniques, as well as expand their knowledge of dance style and choreography.
Imagination Stage offers its filmmaking program in a unique and comprehensive camp environment. Young filmmakers are placed in small teams to complete short narrative films from concept to final cut. Emphasis is placed on the fundamentals and process of filmmaking: story analysis, pre-production techniques, composition, cinematography, editing, and sound.
ACCESSIBILITY Our building, theatres, and classrooms are designed to be accessible.
Accessible parking is available in the Public Parking garage adjacent to the theatre (metered M–F). There is an automatic door at our main entrance on Auburn Avenue and accessible restrooms and water fountains are available.
