What's a Tot Swap?

Are you a new parent in need of necessities? Have your kids grown out of all the clothes, toys, and high-chairs they were using just a year ago? Donate your gently used childcare items and pick up a few new ones at Imagination Stage’s first Tot Swap! The perfect way to save a bit of money while helping out your fellow caregivers, our tot swap is sure to leave you with a smile, a new friend or two, and some fun new items for your tot! And remember, you don’t have to donate to participate.

Entry will be located in the main lobby at Imagination Stage, where swappers will receive a large bag to fill up with anything they want! Browse through tables filled with childcare essentials, from toys to clothes to gear.

Additional bags may be acquired for $10 each.
Larger items (strollers, bassinets, etc.) will be sold individually for $10 apiece.

Swapping hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14.

Swap Etiquette

We are dedicated to making this swap as frenzy-free as possible. We want everyone to leave with a bag full-o-awesomeness and a big smile. In order to ensure everyone can have a breezy experience, we ask that participants adhere to a few rules:

1. Elbow-tactics are not allowed. If a swap table is completely surrounded, please ask someone to allow you room to join-in, instead of letting your elbows do the talking.

2. Grab-n-stash behavior will not be permitted. If you see a larger item you would like, please inform a volunteer to put it aside for you with your name to pick up on your way out.

3. Be gracious and have fun! Remember, it’s just a swap.
