REPORTS TO: Patron Services Manager
FLSA STATUS: Part-Time Hourly, Permanent Non-Exempt
POSITION STATUS: Flexible schedule with Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, weekdays and holidays.
Imagination Stage is seeking dynamic, detail, and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Patron Services Associate, who is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to the patrons of Imagination Stage--including ticket buyers, students, teachers, and schools--in the box office and at the reception desk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Open and close the building as needed
- Monitor front entrances, and greet, assist, and direct incoming patrons
- Answer Phones, take and return messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person(s)
- Assist with requests for information on the phone, via email, and in person
- Distribute mail, collect and meter outgoing mail
- Post building notices/messages for incoming patrons
- Adhere to Imagination Stage policies and procedures
- Assist with registration, ticket sales, and data entry
- Take on other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Computer Literacy (Especially Microsoft Office and Google Suite)
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Pleasant and tactful telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work under pressure and to think quickly
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service required (previous box office experience is a plus)
- A sense of humor is a must
- Previous experience with Tessitura preferred

Compensation
$16/hour
