Dear Imagination Stage Family,
Imagination Stage is diligently monitoring the situation around the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. It is our primary concern to ensure the health and safety of patrons and employees. Currently, the Maryland Department of Health has stated that all schools and programs should continue as usual. All current Imagination Stage performances and classes are proceeding as scheduled. Imagination Stage continues to follow the guidelines closely and should guidance change, we will adapt to those recommendations and communicate the changes as quickly as possible.
In addition, Imagination Stage is taking the following precautions to prevent the spread of any infectious diseases:
- Sanitizing the theatres, classrooms, and all surface areas and materials daily.
- Removing plush theatre blankets and activity space costume pieces.
- Providing hand sanitizer throughout the building and in classrooms.
We encourage you to take standard precautions outlined by the World Health Organization, including hand washing, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home if you are ill. Imagination Stage faculty, staff, and actors also practice similar health precautions.
If you purchase tickets for performances between now and April 12, 2020 and are unable to attend due to illness, please call the box office to exchange your tickets at 301-280-1660 (Tuesday-Sunday, 10-5 p.m.). All exchange fees will be waived for this period.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please call our box office 301-280-1660. Or email us at [email protected]
Imagination Stage will continue monitoring the situation and adjust our programs accordingly. All changes will be communicated as quickly as possible.
